Hi, I'm Shannon.
I'm a proud grandmother of two, a postpartum doula, and a passionate supporter of new families.

My journey into postpartum care began while supporting my daughter during her postpartum journey after the birth of my grandchildren. Serving as both grandma and doula opened my heart to the incredible importance of caring not only for babies, but for the parents welcoming them.

I provide specialized, non-medical physical, emotional, and informational support during the weeks and months after birth, helping families experience a smoother, more confident, and positive transition into parenthood or life as a growing family.

My approach is gentle, compassionate, and centered on creating a calm, supportive environment where parents can rest, recover, and grow in confidence. It is truly an honor to walk alongside families during one of life's most meaningful seasons.

My goal is simple: to care for you while you care for your baby.
